I Missed Uncle Tetsu so a Cosplayer Made Japanese CheeseCake

So a Cosplayer friend who this blog would soon get to know better was nice enough to make me a Japanese Style Cheesecake since I remarked how I missed eating Uncle Tetsu; for those who are unaware Uncle Tetsu is a chain of bakeries that offer Japanese style Cheese Cakes.

Some locations such as Uncle Tetsu’s “Angel Cafe” was a location in Toronto offered Japanese Sodas along with nice Music, they even had at that location cosplayers and even “Maid Café” Maids, but that’s for another story; sadly it wasn’t even as nice as the Shangrila Café in Tokyo, but I sadly doubt in Canada they would become that popular.

Now where was I? I got distracted, oh right; I was talking about her amazing Japanese Style CheeseCake.

This time was her second attempt to make me an amazing Cake, and somehow she keeps making the cake better and better.

Below is the recipe she followed
